The invention discloses a passenger sensing system and a seat adjusting system. The seat adjusting system comprises at least one first sensor, at least one second sensor and a computer system. The first sensor is used for acquiring at least one physiological signal of a passenger. The second sensor is configured to acquire at least one environmental signal that does not include the at least one physiological signal of the passenger. The computer system is connected with the at least one first sensor and the at least one second sensor and receives the at least one physiological signal and the at least one environmental signal. The computer system incorporates an environmental auxiliary parameter generated by the at least one physiological signal and the at least one environmental signal through signal feature acquisition in a fatigue alert calculation.
