The invention discloses a vertical double-layer storage battery frame assembly, a battery disassembling method and a vehicle. The vertical double-layer storage battery frame assembly comprises a lower bottom plate; the upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate are arranged in parallel at an interval up and down; the side plates are connected to the two sides, in the first direction, of the lower bottom plate and the upper bottom plate; a first chamber and a second chamber are defined by the lower bottom plate, the upper bottom plate and the side plates. Mounting holes with different positions are formed in the lower bottom plate, the upper bottom plate and the side plates in the second direction; the limiting plates are arranged at the two ends, in the second direction, of the lower bottom plate and the two ends, in the second direction, of the upper bottom plate and connected into the mounting holes. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The vertical double-layer storage battery frame assembly is provided with the limiting plate mounting holes in different positions, and the vertical double-layer storage battery frame assembly can be suitable for mounting batteries of different sizes by changing the positions of the limiting plates. According to the battery disassembling method, the first storage battery can be directly disassembled and assembled, manual structure lifting is not needed, and maintenance is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种立式双层电瓶框总成、拆卸电池方法及车辆,包括:下底板;上底板,上底板与下底板上下间隔平行布置;侧板,侧板连接在下底板与上底板沿第一方向的两侧;下底板、上底板和侧板围设出第一室和第二室;下底板、上底板和侧板沿第二方向上均设有位置不同的安装孔;限位板,限位板设于下底板与上底板沿第二方向的两端,并且连接在安装孔内;第一方向和第二方向垂直。本发明的立式双层电瓶框总成上设置有不同位置的限位板安装孔,通过改变限位板位置,即可适用于不同大小电池安装。本发明的拆卸电池方法可以直接拆装第一蓄电池,无需人为托举结构,便于维修。
