The invention relates to an electronic mechanical brake redundancy control system and a control method, and aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, redundancy braking and parking requirements under a complete failure scene of a vehicle control unit are not considered. Comprising a whole vehicle controller used for sending a brake signal to an EMB control module through a first communication network or sending the brake signal to a redundancy control module through a second communication network; the fault detection module is used for detecting whether the EMB control module has a fault or not in real time; the redundancy control module is used for acquiring a wheel speed signal of each wheel and calculating braking torque data of a left rear wheel and braking torque data of a right rear wheel based on the braking signal and the wheel speed signal of each wheel; the left rear wheel end actuator applies a braking torque corresponding to the braking torque data of the left rear wheel to the left rear wheel; and the right rear wheel end executor applies the braking torque corresponding to the braking torque data of the right rear wheel to the right rear wheel.

    本发明涉及一种电子机械制动冗余控制系统及控制方法,旨在解决现有技术中存在的未考虑到整车控制器的完全失效场景下的冗余制动和驻车要求的技术问题。包括:全车控制器,用于将所述制动信号通过第一通信网络发送至EMB控制模块,或将所述制动信号通过第二通信网络发送至冗余控制模块;故障检测模块,用于实时检测所述EMB控制模块是否存在故障;所述冗余控制模块,用于获取各个车轮的轮速信号,基于所述制动信号和各个车轮的轮速信号,计算左后车轮的制动力矩数据和右后车轮的制动力矩数据;左后轮端执行器对左后车轮施加与所述左后车轮的制动力矩数据对应的制动力矩;右后轮端执行器对右后车轮施加与所述右后车轮的制动力矩数据对应的制动力矩。
