The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, in particular to an electric pile shell purging method and device, a vehicle, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the steps that the inlet temperature, the outlet temperature and the air dew point temperature of a pile air conditioner chiller are collected; if the inlet temperature is larger than or equal to the first preset temperature, whether the air dew-point temperature is smaller than a second preset temperature or not is judged; and if the air dew point temperature is lower than the second preset temperature, opening the first stop valve and the air bypass valve, and closing the second stop valve, so as to purge the electric pile shell through the electric pile purging inlet. Therefore, the blowing condition of the galvanic pile shell is controlled by detecting the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the air conditioner chiller before the galvanic pile is shut down, and condensed water is prevented from entering the galvanic pile from the source, so that the problem that the condensed water is separated out after blowing gas is shut down is solved, and the insulation safety of the galvanic pile is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及车辆控制技术领域,特别涉及一种电堆壳体吹扫方法、装置、车辆、存储介质及程序产品。方法包括:采集电堆空调chiller的入口温度、电堆空调chiller的出口温度和空气露点温度;若入口温度大于或等于第一预设温度,则判断空气露点温度是否小于第二预设温度;若空气露点温度小于第二预设温度,则开启第一截止阀和空气旁通阀,并关闭第二截止阀,以通过电堆吹扫入口对电堆壳体进行吹扫。由此,通过在电堆停机前检测空调chiller进口温度和出口温度来控制电堆壳体的吹扫情况,实现从源头防止冷凝水进入电堆,以此解决吹扫气体在停机后析出冷凝水的问题,保障电堆绝缘安全。
