The invention relates to the technical field of LNG (liquefied natural gas) ships, in particular to a nitrogen injection method for an insulating layer of an LNG ship, which comprises the following steps: injecting a part of nitrogen into a cargo hold of the LNG ship for inerting; a secondary insulating layer of the cargo hold is vacuumized, and when the pressure difference between the secondary insulating layer and the main insulating layer is larger than a first set value, the main insulating layer is vacuumized; when the main insulating layer and the secondary insulating layer are vacuumized to the corresponding first target value and the second target value, the vacuumizing is stopped; when the oxygen content of the top of the cargo hold is lower than a second set value, starting to inject nitrogen into the main insulating layer; when the pressure difference between the main insulating layer and the secondary insulating layer is greater than a third set value, injecting nitrogen into the secondary insulating layer; and the main insulating layer and the secondary insulating layer always keep the set pressure difference until the main insulating layer and the secondary insulating layer recover to normal pressure, and nitrogen injection of the main insulating layer, the secondary insulating layer and the cargo hold is finished. The nitrogen injection method for the insulating layer of the LNG ship aims at solving the problem that a traditional nitrogen injection method for the insulating layer of the LNG ship is tedious in operation process.

    本发明涉及液化天然气船技术领域,具体涉及一种LNG船绝缘层的注氮方法,包括步骤:将氮气的一部分注入LNG船的货舱进行惰化;对货舱的次绝缘层进行抽真空,当次绝缘层与主绝缘层之间的压力差大于第一设定值时,对主绝缘层进行抽真空;当主绝缘层、次绝缘层抽真空至对应的第一目标值、第二目标值时,停止;当货舱顶部的含氧量低于第二设定值时,开始对主绝缘层进行注氮;当主绝缘层与次绝缘层之间的压力差大于第三设定值时,对次绝缘层进行注氮;主绝缘层及次绝缘层始终保持设定压差,直至主绝缘层、次绝缘层恢复到常压,主绝缘层、次绝缘层及货舱的注氮结束。该LNG船绝缘层的注氮方法的目的是解决传统的LNG船绝缘层注氮方法操作过程比较繁琐的问题。
