The invention relates to a power transmission line temperature measurement module live-line installation robot carried by an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the robot comprises a hoisting installation device which is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle through a hoisting connection assembly; the hoisting installation device comprises a hoisting frame, a clamping and locking mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a telescopic assembly and a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is connected with the rotating mechanism through the telescopic assembly; the temperature measuring module is fixed by the mounting bracket and is clamped and fixed by the hoisting mounting device; the sensing system obtains position information of the hoisting installation device and distance information between the operation hoisting installation device and an operation position; the control system receives data acquired by the sensing system and calculates the optimal installation position of the temperature measurement module; the high-definition camera is arranged on the hoisting frame and is used for shooting image information; and the communication system is used for realizing communication among an operator, the control system and the high-definition camera. The problems of high personal safety risk and low operation efficiency during manual tower climbing installation under the power failure condition are solved, the power grid risk caused by power failure is avoided, and the large-scale electrical equipment installation problem is solved.

    本发明涉及无人机搭载的输电线路测温模块带电安装机器人,包括吊装安装装置,与无人机通过吊装连接组件连接;吊装安装装置包括吊装架、夹锁机构、旋转机构、伸缩组件和卡槽,卡槽通过伸缩组件与旋转机构连接;安装支架固定测温模块并由吊装安装装置夹持固定;传感系统获取吊装安装装置的位置信息以及作业吊装安装装置与作业位置的距离信息;控制系统接收传感系统获取的数据并计算测温模块的最佳安装位置;高清摄像头设置在吊装架上用于拍摄图像信息;通讯系统用于实现操作人员与控制系统、高清摄像头之间的通信。本发明解决了停电情况下人工登塔安装时人身安全风险高、作业效率低的问题,避免停电带来的电网风险,解决大规模化电气设备装设难题。
