The invention discloses a rail transit vehicle brake control device of a vehicle control platform, and relates to the technical field of rail vehicles, the rail transit vehicle brake control device comprises a pneumatic control unit and an electronic control unit which are pneumatically and electrically independent from each other, and the pneumatic control unit collects signals of a seventh pressure sensor and ensures that compressed air in a brake air cylinder meets the vehicle brake requirement; when the seventh pressure sensor is in a fault state, confirmation and tuning are carried out through a fourth measuring point; the electronic control unit comprises an emergency braking pre-control adjusting module, an electronic control type multi-cavity relay valve module, a forced relieving module and a braking pressure monitoring module which are integrated through a gas circuit board. The emergency braking pre-control adjusting module is used for pre-controlling pressure limitation; the electric control type multi-cavity relay valve module is used for braking and multi-stage emergency braking adjustment; the forced relief module is used for cutting off brake pressure output and emptying brake cylinder pressure; and the brake pressure monitoring module is used for monitoring state information of brake pressure in real time. The invention provides a brake control device which is miniaturized, light in weight and high in safety.

    本发明公开了车控平台轨道交通车辆制动控制装置,涉及轨道车辆技术领域,包括气、电相互独立的气动控制单元及电子控制单元,气动控制单元采集第七压力传感器信号,并确保制动风缸内压缩空气满足车辆制动需求,且第七压力传感器故障状态时,通过第四测点进行确认与调谐;电子控制单元包括紧急制动预控调节模块、电控式多腔中继阀模块、强迫缓解模块及制动压力监测模块,并通过气路板集成;紧急制动预控调节模块,用于预控压力限制;电控式多腔中继阀模块,用于制动与多级紧急制动调节;强迫缓解模块,用于切断制动压力输出并排空制动缸压力;制动压力监测模块,用于实时监测制动压力的状态信息。本发明使制动控制装置小型化、轻量化,安全性高。
