The invention discloses a ship new energy power distribution control method and system, a medium and electronic equipment, and relates to the field of new energy. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring navigation information of a ship in a first navigation stage in a target route at present, and determining target energy consumption required by the ship and external available first energy according to the navigation information; according to second energy stored in the ship, the first energy and the target energy consumption, the energy power distribution proportion of the ship in the first navigation stage is determined; and according to the energy power distribution proportion, internal energy and external energy are controlled to supply energy to the ship. By implementing the technical scheme provided by the invention, the operation efficiency of the ship power system can be improved, and the energy consumption is effectively reduced.
