The invention provides a sulfonated graphene modification-based carbon-based composite material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of composite materials, and the sulfonated graphene modification-based carbon-based composite material preparation method comprises the following steps: adding carbon powder into a sulfonated graphene solution, and stirring to obtain a sulfonated graphene solution; the average particle size of the carbon powder is 0.1-1 [mu] m, and uniformly mixing to obtain a composite solution; carrying out spray drying on the composite solution to obtain spherical composite powder of sulfonated graphene coated carbon powder particles; the spherical composite powder and modified coal pitch are subjected to mixing and kneading treatment and stamping treatment to form a green body; and performing high-temperature carbonization on the green body to obtain the sulfonated graphene modified carbon-based composite material. According to the preparation method, the problem of local agglomeration when a nano material is added into a carbon matrix is solved, uniform distribution of graphene in the pantograph slide plate material is ensured, the interface bonding force is improved, and damage of local high energy of a chemical modification means to the surface structure of graphene is avoided.

    本发明提供了基于磺化石墨烯改性的碳基复合材料及其制备方法,涉及复合材料技术领域,包括一种基于磺化石墨烯改性的碳基复合材料制备方法,包括:在磺化石墨烯溶液中加入碳粉,所述碳粉的平均粒度为0.1‑1μm、混合均匀后得到复合溶液;对所述复合溶液进行喷雾干燥,得到磺化石墨烯包覆碳粉颗粒的球状复合粉末;将所述球状复合粉末与改质煤沥青进行混捏处理、冲压处理形成生坯;对所述生坯进行高温碳化,得到基于磺化石墨烯改性的碳基复合材料。本发明解决了纳米材料加入碳基体时出现局部团聚的问题,保证了石墨烯在受电弓滑板材料中的均匀分布,提升了界面结合力,避免了化学改性手段的局部高能对石墨烯表面结构的破坏。
