本发明公开一种采用伺服控制的隧道异形断面智能管片结构,管片结构由主线隧道管片、匝道隧道管片分别连接拱顶拱型钢管片构成,并与内伺服支撑体系进行连接;内伺服支撑体系被配置在隧道管片两侧及拱顶拱型钢管片与主线隧道管片和匝道隧道管片的接合处,分为主支撑伺服桁架、临时支撑伺服桁架和辅助支撑伺服桁架,三者在异形断面开挖阶段协同受力;液压智能伺服与锁控系统,被配置在内伺服支撑体系的内部,通过智能控制提供不同的支撑轴力,并在达到预定轴力时进行锁定。本发明的优点是将传统管片结构与伺服支撑体系融合,通过伺服控制协同管片结构与外部荷载及内部结构受力,使结构受力均衡化,有效减小异形断面受力集中和变形。
