The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to unmanned aerial vehicle spraying equipment and a using method thereof. The unmanned aerial vehicle spraying equipment comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body and a spraying device, the spraying device comprises a mounting part, a pneumatic driving mechanism, a liquid spraying mechanism and/or a solid spraying mechanism, the mounting part is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the unmanned aerial vehicle body is configured to drive the spraying device to move to a target site. The liquid spraying mechanism and the solid spraying mechanism are respectively and detachably connected with the pneumatic driving mechanism, and the liquid spraying mechanism and the solid spraying mechanism are communicated with the pneumatic driving mechanism so as to spray a liquid medicament in the liquid spraying mechanism and a solid medicament in the solid spraying mechanism. Comprehensive and efficient defect elimination of vegetation and insect pests through remote control pesticide spreading is achieved, it is avoided that power grid workers make contact with toxic pesticides in a short distance for a long time, and the safety of spraying operation is improved; and cost reduction and benefit increase are realized. The using method of the unmanned aerial vehicle spraying equipment improves the safety of spraying operation.
