The invention discloses a vehicle collision time prediction method and device, a medium and electronic equipment. The method comprises the steps that first state information of a vehicle and second state information of a target object are acquired; based on the first state information and the second state information, the collision risk and the first predicted collision time of the vehicle and the target object are determined; in response to the collision risk indicating that the vehicle will collide with the target object, determining a collision state of the vehicle and the target object based on the first predicted collision time; and based on the collision state and the first predicted collision time, determining the target collision time of the vehicle and the target object. According to the invention, the target collision time which can better reflect the actual scene can be determined according to the first predicted collision time and the collision scene which are preliminarily determined.
