The invention discloses a turn-over hoisting method for a flare boom, which belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering and comprises the following steps: S1, connecting a turn-over hoisting point at the upper part of the flare boom with a first hook head group on a double-pull-rod floating crane; s2, connecting an overturning lifting point at the lower part of the flare boom with a second hook head group on the double-pulling-rod floating crane; s3, the first hook head set and the second hook head set are lifted synchronously, and the flare boom is lifted to a certain height; s4, the first hook head group is lowered, and the second hook head group is lifted, so that the flare boom is gradually inclined from the horizontal state; and S5, after the flare boom reaches a preset angle, the floating crane moves to a hoisting station, the first hook head set and the second hook head set are lowered, and the flare boom is hoisted in place. According to the invention, four groups of hook heads of the double-pull-rod floating crane work cooperatively, so that the conversion of the flare boom from a horizontal construction position to a vertical in-place position can be realized; and meanwhile, the space between the two groups of suspension arms of the double-pulling-rod floating crane is utilized, so that the turning and hoisting of the ultrahigh flare boom can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种火炬臂翻身吊装方法,属于海洋工程技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1、将火炬臂上部翻转吊点与双拔杆浮吊上的第一钩头组进行连接;S2、将火炬臂下部翻转吊点与双拔杆浮吊上的第二钩头组进行连接;S3、第一钩头组和第二钩头组同步提升,将火炬臂提升至一定高度;S4、下放第一钩头组,提升第二钩头组,使火炬臂由水平状态逐步倾斜;S5、在火炬臂达到预定角度后,浮吊移位至吊装工位,下放第一钩头组和第二钩头组,将火炬臂吊装就位。本发明通过双拔杆浮吊船四组钩头协同作业,可以实现火炬臂从卧式建造位到立式在位位置的转换;同时利用双拔杆浮吊两组吊臂间的空间,可以实现超高火炬臂的翻身及吊装。
