The invention discloses a flexible supporting device for an aircraft engine and a using method. According to the method, a flat parallel attitude adjusting structure is formed through a vertical three-direction attitude adjusting assembly and a horizontal three-direction attitude adjusting assembly, an aircraft engine can be driven to accurately move in the X, Y and Z directions and accurately rotate in the X, Y and Z directions in a narrow space, and accurate adjustment of the spatial position and attitude of the aircraft engine is achieved; pressure between the engine mounting section and a mounting seat of an engine mounting cabin is controlled by controlling deformation of a connecting spring of the horizontal three-way posture adjusting assembly and the vertical three-way posture adjusting assembly, and low-stress and high-precision supporting mounting of the aircraft engine is achieved.
