According to the shape-preserving station-transferring device and method for the aircraft panel, the aircraft panel is of a curved-surface thin plate structure, the shape-preserving device comprises a shape-preserving frame, a plurality of inspection clamping plates and connecting assemblies, the shape-preserving frame is a rigid enclosure frame, the boundary dimension of the rigid frame is larger than that of the aircraft panel, and the inspection clamping plates are connected with the connecting assemblies. The two ends of each inspection clamping plate are connected to cross beams on the two sides of the shape-preserving frame respectively, the lower surface of each inspection clamping plate is matched with the outer profile of the corresponding position of the aircraft panel, the lower surfaces of all the inspection clamping plates extend to form a space shape-preserving face corresponding to the aircraft panel, and the connecting assembly is connected to the inspection clamping plates. The aircraft panel and the inspection clamping plate are fixed through the connecting assembly.
