According to the invention, the unmanned aerial vehicle navigation module is arranged to carry out path navigation on the unmanned aerial vehicle information acquisition device, and the unmanned aerial vehicle information acquisition device and the road section information acquisition device are matched to acquire road condition information and accurately identify a road section with a traffic accident or congestion; according to the characteristics of the unmanned aerial vehicle information acquisition device, each road section is graded through the traffic road condition simulation module according to different road condition information at the beginning, and the unmanned aerial vehicle information acquisition device performs timing cruising on the road sections which are relatively congested and have frequent accidents, so that the number of unmanned aerial vehicles is reduced, and the endurance pressure of the unmanned aerial vehicles is relieved; when the vehicle flow and the vehicle speed of each grade of road section are detected to be abnormal compared with the data in the simulation module, the navigation module navigates the unmanned aerial vehicle to the corresponding road section, and a specific road section data abnormal reason can be known in time.

    本发明通过设置无人机导航模块对无人机信息采集装置进行路径导航,并通过无人机信息采集装置和路段信息采集装置的配合对路况信息进行采集以及精确识别产生车祸或拥堵的路段;根据无人机信息采集装置的特性在初始时通过交通路况模拟模块根据不同的路况信息对各个路段进行分级,并由无人机信息采集装置对较为拥堵和事故多发路段进行定时巡航,减少无人机数量以及减轻无人机的续航压力,当各个等级的路段检测到车流量和车速与模拟模块中的数据相比出现异常时在由导航模块导航无人机去相应的路段,可及时得知具体的路段数据异常原因。
