The invention discloses a self-adaptive control method and system for a refrigeration air conditioner of an excavator and engineering machinery, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. The control method comprises the steps that whether the air conditioner needs to be started at the current environment temperature or not is judged; if yes, the air conditioner is started, and whether the current radiator fan wind speed and the radiator fan rotating speed have correlation or not is judged according to the current engine running state; if yes, whether the current radiator fan wind speed is larger than the preset fan wind speed or not is judged, and if not, the engine rotating speed is adjusted till the radiator fan wind speed reaches the preset fan wind speed; if not, whether the current radiator fan wind speed is larger than the preset fan wind speed or not is judged, if not, whether the radiator fan breaks down or not is judged according to the current engine operation state, and if not, the engine rotating speed is adjusted till the radiator fan wind speed reaches the preset fan wind speed; the problems that the air conditioner refrigeration effect is poor and an engine flames out when the excavator runs at an idle speed or a low speed are solved.

    本发明公开了一种挖掘机制冷空调的自适应控制方法、系统以及工程机械,属于工程机械技术领域,所述控制方法包括:判断当前环境温度是否需要开启空调;若是,开启空调,并根据当前发动机运行状态判断当前散热器风扇风速与散热器风扇转速之间是否具有相关性;若是,判断当前散热器风扇风速是否大于预设风扇风速,若否,对发动机转速进行调整至散热器风扇风速达到预设风扇风速;若否,判断当前散热器风扇风速是否大于预设风扇风速,若否,根据当前发动机运行状态判断散热器风扇是否故障,若否,对发动机转速进行调整至散热器风扇风速达到预设风扇风速,解决了挖掘机怠速或低速行驶时空调制冷效果不好以及发动机熄火的问题。
