The invention relates to the field of railway vehicles, and provides a primary suspension positioning structure, a bogie and a railway vehicle. The primary suspension positioning structure comprises a pair of fork arms, each fork arm comprises a single-arm end and a double-arm end connected to the single-arm end, the single-arm ends are connected to a shaft sleeve of an axle, the double-arm ends are connected to a framework of the bogie, and the primary suspension is suitable for achieving longitudinal, radial and vertical positioning with the framework through the pair of fork arms; and one side of the motor is mounted on the shaft sleeve, and the other side of the motor is connected to the framework. According to the primary suspension positioning structure, accurate positioning in the longitudinal direction, the radial direction and the vertical direction between a primary suspension system and a framework of the bogie is achieved through connection of the pair of fork arms; in this way, the mode that positioning is achieved through an axle box body in the related technology can be changed, due to the fact that the axle box body is omitted, the structure can be simplified, and light-weight design can be achieved easily; the complexity of the primary suspension positioning structure is simplified, the number of required parts is reduced, and the weight of the whole vehicle is also reduced.
