The invention relates to a space submicron Newton-level multi-mode micro-electro-mechanical thruster and a test platform thereof, the thruster comprises one or more nozzle units, and each nozzle unit comprises a nozzle body, a piezoelectric valve, a flow meter and a heater; the heater has a switch-on working state and a switch-off working state, a gas flow channel is arranged in the nozzle body, the piezoelectric valve, the flowmeter and the heater are arranged on the gas flow channel, one end of the gas flow channel is connected with a gas source, and the other end of the gas flow channel is communicated with the outside. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that high-pressure gas supplies a working medium to the space submicron Newton-level multi-mode micro-electro-mechanical thruster in the vacuum box through pressure reduction, the thruster sprays gas, thrust is measured through the optical lever measuring system, the structure is simple, and thrust calculation is convenient; the thruster comprises one or more nozzle units, and thrust can be adjusted according to requirements; the piezoelectric valve and the flow meter are used for controlling and monitoring the flow through the electric control unit, so that the control is accurate; and the bending deformation quantity is accurately measured by using an optical lever principle.
