The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile electronics, and particularly relates to a vehicle acceleration sensor, a vehicle suspension system and a vehicle, the vehicle acceleration sensor comprises an MEMS sensor body and a closed shell arranged at the outer side of the MEMS sensor body and used for packaging the MEMS sensor body, the outer side surface of the closed shell is provided with a positioning part, the lower end of the closed shell is provided with an assembly base, and the assembly base is provided with a positioning part. An arc-shaped concave part is arranged on the lower end face of the assembling base, and the arc-shaped concave part is used for being matched with the positioning part for positioning after being attached to a to-be-positioned position on a vehicle suspension; according to the invention, the MEMS acceleration sensor is combined with the vehicle suspension system, and a special assembling structure and a multi-stage cushioning assembly are utilized, so that accurate sensing and early warning of vibration in different directions of a vehicle are realized. Wherein a fluid medium in the annular cavity is liquid with good flowability, stability and temperature change resistance; the influence of external temperature on the sensor can be isolated to a certain extent, and the temperature stability of the acceleration sensor for the vehicle is further improved.

    本发明属于汽车电子技术领域,具体涉及一种车用加速度传感器、车辆悬架系统及车辆,包括MEMS传感器本体、及设于所述MEMS传感器本体外侧且用于对其进行封装的封闭壳体,所述封闭壳体外侧面设有定位部,所述封闭壳体下端设有装配底座,装配底座下端面设有弧形凹陷部,所述弧形凹陷部用于与车辆悬架上待定位处先贴合后,再与所述定位部配合进行定位;本发明通过将MEMS加速度传感器与车辆悬架系统相结合,利用特殊的配装结构和多级缓震组件,实现对车辆不同方向振动的精确感知和预警。其中,环形腔室内流体介质为具有良好流动性、稳定性和抗温变性能的液体;能在一定程度上隔绝外界温度对传感器的影响,进一步提升车用加速度传感器对于温度的稳定性。
