The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting machinery, in particular to an anti-swing device of hoisting equipment, which comprises a top seat, vertical columns and a lifting hook body, and further comprises a first cross beam bolted between the vertical columns on the two sides, and a second cross beam bolted between the vertical columns on the two sides in the other direction; the driving mechanism drives a rotating column and a cylindrical block in the centripetal mechanism to rotate at a high speed, the stability of the upper half part of the device is improved through centripetal force, meanwhile, the device buffers and counteracts inertia force in the left-right direction through a first buffering assembly, a first air supply assembly, a first air volume control assembly and a first air outlet assembly, and therefore the stability of the device is improved. And through cooperation of a second buffer mechanism, a second air supply assembly, a second air volume control assembly and a second air outlet assembly, the inertia force is buffered and offset in the front-back direction, and the inertia force brought by goods is buffered by synchronously utilizing a spring and air thrust, so that the inertia force is greatly offset, and a better anti-swing effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及起吊机械技术领域,尤其为一种起重设备的防摇装置,包括顶座、竖向柱和吊钩本体,还包括:栓接在两侧所述竖向柱之间的第一横梁,两侧所述竖向柱之间的另一个方向还栓接有第二横梁;本发明通过驱动机构驱使向心机构中的转动柱和圆柱块高速旋转,利用向心力来增加装置上半部分的稳定性,同时装置通过第一缓冲组件、第一送风组件、第一风量控制组件和第一出风组件,在左右方向上对惯性力进行缓冲抵消,并通过第二缓冲机构、第二送风组件、第二风量控制组件和第二出风组件的配合,在前后方向上对惯性力进行缓冲抵消,同步利用弹簧和风推力对货物带来的惯性力进行缓冲,从而大幅度抵消惯性力,起到更好的防摇效果。
