According to the method, quantitative analysis on the relevance between the intersections is achieved from the two aspects of traffic demand relevance analysis and traffic state relevance analysis, congestion transfer in the evacuation control process is avoided, and efficient evacuation control on accidental congestion is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种城市拥堵路网截流信号控制方法、装置、设备及介质,涉及交通管理技术领域,其方法包括:根据获取的路网交通数据确定拥堵影响区;基于交通需求关联度分析和交通状态关联度分析确定拥堵影响区各交叉口之间的综合关联值,根据综合关联值构建拥堵影响区的赋权路网拓扑图,根据赋权路网拓扑图确定最优截流路径;根据最优截流路径确定和路网交通数据确定流率比调整量,根据流率比调整量确定各交叉口的流量值调整量,根据流量值调整量分配各交叉口的绿灯时长。本发明通过从交通需求关联度分析和交通状态关联度分析两方面实现对交叉口之间关联性的定量分析,避免控制疏散过程中的拥堵转移,实现对偶发性拥堵的高效控制疏散。
