The invention discloses a flexible support auxiliary suspension structure and a whole vehicle arrangement structure. The flexible supporting auxiliary suspension structure comprises a fixed module, a movable module and a plate spring cross beam, the fixed module comprises an upper adjusting seat and a lower adjusting seat, the upper adjusting seat is in threaded connection with the lower adjusting seat, and the lower adjusting seat is connected with a gearbox; the movable module comprises a limiting spring, a fixed support and a connecting bolt, the connecting bolt penetrates through the limiting spring and penetrates through one end of the fixed support, and the limiting spring abuts against one end of the fixed support; and the plate spring cross beam is fixedly connected with the upper adjusting seat, the plate spring cross beam abuts against the limiting spring, and the connecting bolt penetrates through the plate spring cross beam. According to the embodiment of the invention, through relative rotation between the upper adjusting seat and the lower adjusting seat, the height adjusting function in the vertical direction can be realized. The flexible supporting function is achieved through the limiting springs, and the double functions of buffering and damping are achieved; meanwhile, the limiting effect is achieved, and universality and reliability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种柔性支撑辅助悬置结构及整车布置结构。一种柔性支撑辅助悬置结构包括固定模组、活动模组以及板簧横梁:固定模组包括上调节座和下调节座,上调节座与下调节座螺纹连接,下调节座与变速箱连接;活动模组包括限位弹簧、固定支架和联接螺栓,联接螺栓穿过限位弹簧且穿过固定支架的一端,限位弹簧与固定支架的一端抵接;以及板簧横梁与上调节座固定连接,板簧横梁与限位弹簧抵接,联接螺栓穿过板簧横梁。本申请实施例通过上调节座与下调节座之间的相对旋转,可实现上下方向的高度调节功能。通过限位弹簧实现柔性支撑功能,实现缓冲和减震的双重功能;同时起限位作用,提高了通用性,可靠性。
