The invention provides a control device which comprises a three-stage gear shaft, an operating lever and a reduction gear set. The third-stage gear shaft is provided with at least one flat key, the third-stage gear shaft is sleeved with a third-stage driven gear and a fourth-stage driving gear, and the fourth-stage driving gear is provided with at least one key groove so that the flat key can be limited in the key groove in a sliding mode; and the operating rod is meshed with the fourth-stage driving gear and is used for driving the clutch. The mechanical structure of the operating rod is simpler, a plurality of bearings are not needed for positioning, the shell manufacturing difficulty and the machining precision requirement of the control device are lowered, meanwhile, the number of the bearings for connecting the operating rod and the shell is reduced, no complex tool is needed in the installation process of the control device, and the production and assembly efficiency of the mechanism is conveniently improved. Meanwhile, the electric control function of the control device is achieved through transmission between the key groove and the flat key, and the machining angle production process of the key groove and the flat key is controlled more easily.
本发明涉及一种控制装置及摩托车,涉及摩托车领域。本发明提出了一种控制装置,包括三级齿轮轴、操纵杆和减速齿轮组;三级齿轮轴设有至少一个平键,三级齿轮轴上套设有三级从动齿轮和四级主动齿轮,四级主动齿轮上设有至少一个键槽,以使平键滑动限位于键槽内;操纵杆啮合连接四级主动齿轮,操纵杆用于带动离合器。本发明提出的操纵杆的机械结构更加简单,无需多个轴承进行定位,进而降低了控制装置的壳体制作难度及加工精度要求,同时减少了操纵杆与壳体进行连接的轴承数目,控制装置安装过程无需繁琐工装,便于提升机构生产装配效率。同时,通过设置键槽和平键之间的传动实现控制装置的电动控制功能,键槽及平键的加工角度生产过程控制更简单。
