The invention relates to a high-strength and low-heat-conductivity ceramic fiber cotton-based heat insulation tile and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following steps: mixing a high-temperature binder and soluble starch to obtain mixed powder, dispersing the mixed powder into absolute ethyl alcohol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution; dispersing a dispersing agent into high-purity water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solvent; adding the mixed solution and ceramic fiber cotton into a solvent, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain mixed slurry; pouring the mixed slurry into a mold, and carrying out vacuum filtration to obtain a wet blank; and drying and sintering the wet blank to obtain the ceramic fiber cotton-based heat insulation tile. The high-strength and low-heat-conduction ceramic fiber cotton-based heat insulation tile is provided to solve the technical problem that the existing heat insulation tile cannot meet the existing aerospace technical requirements in the prior art.

    本发明涉及一种高强度、低导热的陶瓷纤维棉基隔热瓦及其制备方法;包括如下步骤:将高温粘结剂和可溶性淀粉混合,获得混合粉末,将混合粉末分散到无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,获得混合液;将分散剂分散到高纯水中,搅拌均匀,获得溶剂;将混合液和陶瓷纤维棉加入到溶剂中,搅拌分散均匀后,获得混合浆料;将混合浆料倒入模具中,真空抽滤后,获得湿坯;湿坯干燥、烧结,获得陶瓷纤维棉基隔热瓦;通过高强度、低导热的陶瓷纤维棉基隔热瓦的提出以解决现有技术中存在的现有的隔热瓦无法满足现有的航空航天技术要求的技术问题。
