Bidirectional hydraulic locks are arranged in a large cavity and a small cavity of the hydraulic system, pipelines are opened or closed at the same time, and the stability of starting and stopping of an oil cylinder at any time is guaranteed; in addition, the large cavity and the small cavity are further provided with speed regulating valves, flow stability is guaranteed, the flow of the speed regulating valves can be adjusted according to needs, and the telescopic speed of the oil cylinder is achieved.
本发明公开了一种塔机用双缸并联液压系统,包括泵站、2个油缸和2个油缸阀组,每个油缸阀组设置在对应的油缸上;每个油缸上均设置油口A和油口B,泵站上设置油口P和油口T,油口A通过液压管路连接油口P,油口B通过液压管路连接油口T;每个油缸阀组包括2个溢流阀ΙΙ,溢流阀ΙΙ的一端设置在靠近油口A或油口B的液压管路上,溢流阀ΙΙ的另一端设置在靠近油口T的液压管路上。本发明液压系统在大小腔配置双向液压锁,实现管路同时打开或者关闭,保证油缸随时启停的稳定性;此外大小腔还配置了调速阀,一方面确保流量稳定性,另一方面还能够根据需求调整调速阀流量大小,实现油缸伸缩的速度。
