The invention provides a signal lamp elastic timing method and system based on vehicle infrastructure cooperation, and relates to the technical field of traffic optimization. The method comprises the steps that the number of queuing vehicles of each lane in a monitoring area is collected, and the monitoring area is bounded; adjusting variables are introduced, the period length of the signal lamp is determined based on the number of the queuing vehicles, the period length of the signal lamp is the duration of the signal lamp from the start of one phase to the start of the next same phase, and the start of the phase is that the signal lamp allows the vehicles in the control lane to pass; in combination with the number of queuing vehicles in each lane, calculating the distribution proportion of the signal lamp cycle length in each phase; optimizing the adjustment variable by taking the minimum sum of the number of queuing vehicles in each lane in a signal lamp period length as a target, and outputting a target adjustment variable; and distributing the signal lamp period length to the corresponding lane in combination with the distribution proportion and the target adjustment variable. The traffic efficiency is improved, and the traffic jam probability is reduced.

    本发明提供一种基于车路协同的信号灯弹性配时方法及系统,涉及交通优化技术领域。方法包括:采集各个车道在监控区域的排队车辆数量,其中,监控区域有界;引入调节变量,基于排队车辆数量确定信号灯周期长度,其中,信号灯周期长度为信号灯从一个相位的开始到下一个相同相位的开始所经历的时长,其中,相位的开始为信号灯允许控制车道的车辆通行;结合各个车道的排队车辆数量,计算信号灯周期长度在各个相位的分配比例;以在一个信号灯周期长度内各个车道的排队车辆数量之和最少为目标,对调节变量进行寻优,输出目标调节变量;结合分配比例和目标调节变量,将信号灯周期长度分配至相对应的车道。提升交通通行效率,降低交通堵塞概率。
