The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a train chassis structure, a train body and a rubber wheel train. A front-end chassis, a middle chassis and a rear-end chassis of the train chassis structure are sequentially connected, and vertical height differences exist between the middle chassis and the front-end chassis and between the rear-end chassis and the front-end chassis; wherein the front-end chassis and the rear-end chassis are respectively provided with a plurality of camber beams which are arranged along the width direction of the vehicle, the two ends of each camber beam are higher than the middle part of the camber beam, and the two ends of each camber beam are respectively suitable for being connected with a pair of edge beams of the vehicle body. The train chassis structure can be well matched with a rubber wheel train running system, the space requirement for complex movement of the running system is met, the force transmission path of the chassis structure in the train service process can be optimized, and the light weight target of the train can be achieved.
