The invention relates to the technical field of electronic locks, and discloses a locking and unlocking circuit of a pulse type electronic lock, which comprises a locking circuit and an unlocking circuit consisting of a quick power-on circuit and a delay comparison circuit, a short-time forward pulse voltage is continuously provided for locking of the electronic lock through energy storage of the added delay comparison circuit during driving of locking, and a short-time reverse pulse voltage is provided for unlocking of the electronic lock through an energy storage element of the unlocking circuit during driving of unlocking. Therefore, the reliability, durability and safety of the electronic lock system are improved, an emergency unlocking mechanism under special working conditions (such as a power failure condition) is also considered, so that a user can safely and efficiently complete charging operation, potential safety risks are reduced, and the overall progress and popularization of an electric vehicle charging technology are promoted.
