According to the application, the limitation of overlarge friction braking is realized through a mechanical closed loop, the control response realization and the reliability are far better than those of the existing anti-skid control based on an electronic board card, and the friction braking force can be quickly limited to a proper range. In addition, an exhaust gas-allowing control valve and an exhaust forbidding electromagnetic valve are arranged, reliable application of small-level braking force/emergency braking and effective control during anti-skid activation can be guaranteed, and the situation that the system applies or relieves the braking force for a long time when a mechanical device breaks down is avoided. And finally, by changing the rigidity of the spring in the brake pad support, limitation of different vehicle types on the maximum friction force can be achieved.
