The invention discloses a hydraulic brake control system integrated with an EPB function, and relates to the technical field of braking, the hydraulic brake control system comprises a self-locking trapezoidal screw rod assembly, an output push rod assembly, a brake master cylinder assembly, a motor controller assembly and a reduction gear set; the motor controller assembly is meshed with the reduction gear set through a gear, and the motor controller assembly is used for receiving a vehicle signal to control a motor to drive the reduction gear set to rotate; the reduction gear set is in threaded fit with the self-locking trapezoidal lead screw assembly. When the motor rotates forwards, the self-locking trapezoid lead screw assembly pushes a plunger in the brake master cylinder assembly to move through the output push rod assembly, and hydraulic pressure is generated for braking. When the motor rotates reversely, the self-locking trapezoid lead screw assembly drives a plunger in the brake master pump assembly to move reversely, and hydraulic pressure is released to move the vehicle. The EPB electronic parking system is integrated into the BEBS, the number of parts is small, the self-locking function of the self-locking trapezoidal lead screw assembly is utilized, hydraulic pressure can be kept without continuously driving a motor, and therefore parking braking is achieved.

    本发明公开一种集成EPB功能的液压制动控制系统,涉及制动技术领域,包括:自锁梯形丝杆组件、输出推杆组件、制动总泵总成、电机控制器总成和减速齿轮组;电机控制器总成和减速齿轮组通过齿轮啮合,电机控制器总成用于接收车辆信号控制电机带动减速齿轮组旋转;减速齿轮组与自锁梯形丝杆组件螺纹配合;电机正转时,自锁梯形丝杆组件通过输出推杆组件推动制动总泵总成中的柱塞运动,产生液压力进行制动;电机反转时,自锁梯形丝杆组件带动制动总泵总成中的柱塞反向运动,释放液压力车辆运动。本发明将EPB电子驻车系统集成至BEBS中,零部件使用少,并利用自锁梯形丝杆组件的自锁作用,无需持续驱动电机便可保持液压力从而实现驻车制动。
