The microcontroller sends detection data to the drunk driving judgment module through the communication module; the drunk driving judgment module analyzes the detection data by adopting a drunk driving judgment algorithm, judges whether the vehicle is a drunk driving vehicle or not, and sends drunk driving behavior information of a driver of the drunk driving vehicle to the microcontroller through the communication module if the vehicle is the drunk driving vehicle; and the microcontroller sends drunk driving behavior information of a driver of the drunk driving vehicle to a vehicle-mounted display of the vehicle for warning. According to the invention, the drunk driving behavior can be effectively detected, the generation of the drunk driving behavior is avoided, and the travel safety on the road is improved.
