The invention discloses a vehicle brake-by-wire system and a control method thereof.The vehicle brake-by-wire system comprises a main cylinder braking mechanism, a pressurizing braking mechanism and a wheel side braking module, and the wheel side braking module comprises a first braking loop communicating with the main cylinder braking mechanism and a second braking loop communicating with the pressurizing braking mechanism; the first brake loop comprises at least two first wheel side brake loops which are respectively communicated with the two wheel side brake calipers and can be used for guiding brake fluid of the main cylinder brake mechanism into the wheel side brake calipers; the second brake loop comprises at least two second wheel side brake loops which are respectively communicated with the other two wheel side brake calipers and can guide the brake fluid of the pressurizing brake mechanism into the wheel side brake calipers; an isolation control mechanism for controlling on-off of the first brake loop and the second brake loop is connected between the first brake loop and the second brake loop. According to the invention, the complexity of brake-by-wire is simplified, the process requirement on the electromagnetic valve manufacturing process is reduced, the occupied space of the brake control system is reduced, and the arrangement is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种车辆线控制动系统及其控制方法,包括主缸制动机构、增压制动机构和轮边制动模块,轮边制动模块包括与主缸制动机构连通的第一制动回路和与增压制动机构连通的第二制动回路;第一制动回路包括至少两条分别与两个轮边制动卡钳连通、可将主缸制动机构的制动液导入轮边制动卡钳的第一轮边制动回路,第二制动回路包括至少两条分别与另外两个轮边制动卡钳连通、可将增压制动机构的制动液导入轮边制动卡钳的第二轮边制动回路;第一制动回路与第二制动回路之间连接有控制二者通断的隔离控制机构。本发明简化了线控制动的复杂程度,降低了对电磁阀制程的工艺要求,进而减小了制动控制系统的占位空间,便于布置。
