The invention relates to the technical field of construction of W-shaped radiant tubes, in particular to an annealing furnace radiant tube placement device and a mounting method.The annealing furnace radiant tube placement device comprises a supporting seat, a groove is formed in the supporting seat, mounting grooves are formed in the two groove walls of the groove, a supporting plate is arranged in the groove, and sliding rails are fixed to the groove bottom walls of the mounting grooves; the length direction of the sliding rail is arranged in the length direction of the mounting groove, a sliding block slidably connected with the sliding rail is fixed to the bottom of the supporting plate, a connecting plate is fixed to the supporting plate, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are arranged up and down are fixed to the connecting plate, and an air cylinder for driving the supporting plate to move in the length direction of the groove is fixed to the bottom wall of the groove. One end of the W-shaped radiant tube is detachably connected with the first connecting rod through a connecting assembly, and the other end of the W-shaped radiant tube is detachably connected with the second connecting rod through a connecting assembly. The device has the technical effect that the possibility that the radiant tube is damaged when the radiant tube is placed on the ground or in the hoisting process is reduced.

    本发明涉及“W”型辐射管的施工技术领域,具体为一种退火炉辐射管放置装置及安装方法,包括支撑座,支撑座上开设有凹槽,凹槽的两个槽壁上均开设有安装槽,凹槽内设置有支撑板,安装槽的槽底壁上固定有滑轨,滑轨的长度方向沿着安装槽的长度方向设置,支撑板底部固定有与滑轨滑动连接的滑块,支撑板上固定有连接板,连接板上固定有上下设置的第一连接杆和第二连接杆,凹槽的槽底壁上固定有驱动支撑板沿着凹槽的长度方向移动的气缸,W型辐射管一端与第一连接杆通过连接组件可拆卸连接,W型辐射管另一端与第二连接杆也通过连接组件可拆卸连接。本发明具有减小辐射管在地面放置时或者吊装过程中受到破损的可能性的技术效果。
