The invention discloses a crane work intervention method, a crane work intervention system and application. The crane work intervention method comprises the following steps: step 1), acquiring braking data of a front crane in different operation states; step 2), acquiring operation characteristic data and attitude information of the front crane and obstacle position information in the surrounding environment of the crane in real time; step 3), converting the acquired obstacle position information to a world coordinate system, and acquiring two-dimensional coordinate information about the obstacle; step 4), according to the change condition of the two-dimensional coordinate information of the obstacle along with time, constructing a motion state model about the obstacle; step 5): establishing a real-time PCR area about the obstacle; step 6), establishing a real-time ROD area about the front crane; and step 7), according to the position relationship between the PCR area and the ROD area, intervening the moving state of the front starter according to a preset condition. The method can effectively reduce the risk of collision between the crane and the obstacle, and is suitable for further popularization and application.

    本发明公开一种起重机工作干预方法、系统及应用,该方法包括:步骤1):获取正面起重机在不同运行状态下的制动数据;步骤2):实时获取正面起重机的运行特征数据、姿态信息以及起重机周围环境中的障碍物位置信息;步骤3):将获取的障碍物位置信息转换至世界坐标系下,并获取关于障碍物的二维坐标信息;步骤4):根据障碍物的二维坐标信息随时间的变化情况,构建关于障碍物的运动状态模型;步骤5):建立关于障碍物的实时PCR区域;步骤6):建立关于正面起重机的实时ROD区域;步骤7):根据PCR区域与ROD区域的位置关系,按照预设条件对正面起动机的移动状态进行干预。本发明能够有效降低起重机与障碍物发生碰撞的风险,适宜进一步推广应用。
