A slipway launching trepanning support is characterized in that a circular hole is formed in a slipway strong frame, a cargo oil pipe is located in the circular hole, and a trepanning supporting tool is arranged between the cargo oil pipe and the hole; the trepanning supporting tool comprises an upper supporting body and a lower supporting body, the top of the upper supporting body is provided with an upper arc-shaped plate, and the two sides of the upper arc-shaped plate are provided with upper side plates which are folded downwards and inwards; the lower supporting body is provided with a lower arc-shaped plate, the two sides of the lower arc-shaped plate are provided with lower side plates which are folded upwards and inwards, and the upper supporting body and the lower supporting body are connected through a spring. The upper arc-shaped plate and the lower arc-shaped plate are both provided with upwards-bent radians, the upper arc-shaped plate is attached to the inner wall of the circular opening, and the lower arc-shaped plate is attached to the outer wall of the cargo oil pipe. The open hole can be reinforced under the condition that welding is not needed, the open hole is connected with the internal cargo oil pipe through elastic flexible connection, the connecting area of the open hole is increased, the compression resistance and the shearing resistance of the open hole are improved, the resistance of the open hole is improved, and meanwhile the inner cargo oil pipe cannot be damaged.
一种船台下水开孔支撑,船台强框架上有圆形开孔,货油管位于圆形开孔内,货油管与开孔之间设置有开孔支撑工装;开孔支撑工装包括上部支撑体和下部支撑体,上部支撑体顶部带有上部弧形板,上部弧形板两侧带有向下内收的上侧板;下部支撑体带有下部弧形板,下部弧形板两侧带有向上内收的下侧板,上部支撑体和下部支撑体通过弹簧连接;上部弧形板、下部弧形板均带有向上弯曲的弧度,上部弧形板与圆形开孔内壁相贴合,下部弧形板与货油管外壁相贴合。本发明可在不需要使用焊接的情况下对开孔进行补强,通过弹性的软连接将开孔与内部货油管连接,增加了开孔的连接面积,增加了其抗压和抗剪力的能力,增加开孔可抗性的同时也不会给内侧货油管造成伤害。
