The braking clamp comprises a rotating shaft, a fixing plate, a sliding rail, a sliding sleeve, a base disc and a fixing disc, the rotating shaft is coaxially connected to a wheel, the sliding rail is arranged in the length direction of a rail, the sliding sleeve is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding fit mode and connected with the fixing plate, the base disc is arranged outside the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode through a bearing, and the fixing plate is arranged on the base disc. A spline groove is axially formed outside the rotating shaft, an inner ring of the fixing disc is axially matched with the spline groove of the rotating shaft in a sliding mode through a spline strip, and a first tooth ring and a second tooth ring which can be meshed with each other are arranged on the corresponding faces of the base disc and the fixing disc. During braking, a user only needs to press the sleeve inwards to enable the second tooth ring on the sleeve to be meshed with the first tooth ring on the base disc, due to the fact that the base disc cannot rotate, when the first tooth ring and the second tooth ring are meshed with each other, the wheel can be locked instantly, braking feedback is rapid, the wheel can be accurately braked in a designated area at a fixed point, and rigid locking of the wheel is achieved.

    本发明提供一种船舶随船架的制动夹具,所述制动夹具包括转轴、固定板、滑轨、滑套、基盘、固定盘,所述转轴同轴连接在轮子上,所述滑轨沿着轨道的长度方向设置,所述滑套滑动适配在滑轨上,且与固定板相连,所述基盘通过轴承套设在转轴外,且与固定板相连,所述转轴外轴向开设有花键槽,所述固定盘的内圈上通过花键条轴向滑动适配在转轴的花键槽上,所述基盘、固定盘相对应的一面设有可相互啮合的齿牙环一、齿牙环二。制动时只需往内按压套筒,使套筒上的齿牙环二与基盘上的齿牙环一相互啮合,由于基盘是无法旋转的,当齿牙环一、齿牙环二相互啮合时,会使轮子瞬间锁死,制动反馈较为迅速,能够准确的定点制动在指定区域,实现轮子的刚性锁定。
