The invention belongs to the field of aircraft wing structure design, and provides an aircraft flap limiting and supporting mechanism assembly and a working method thereof. Comprising a sliding rail fixing rib, a chordwise deflection sliding block assembly, a spanwise movement assembly and a flap outer end rib. A sliding rail is arranged on the sliding rail fixing rib; the flap outer end rib is fixedly connected with the spanwise movement assembly, and the spanwise movement assembly is used for achieving flap spanwise movement; the spanwise movement assembly is connected with the chordwise deflection slide block assembly; the chordwise deflection sliding block assembly is arranged in the sliding rail and slides in the sliding rail along with deflection of the flap, and the chordwise deflection sliding block assembly and the sliding rail fixing rib are used for achieving deflection of the flap along the rotating axis. According to the aircraft flap limiting and supporting mechanism assembly provided by the invention, a flap complex space movement track is decomposed into deflection movement along the rotation axis and movement along the spanwise direction, complex space movement decoupling is realized, and the design difficulty is reduced.

    本发明属于飞机机翼结构设计领域,提出了一种飞机襟翼限位支撑机构组件及其工作方法。包括:滑轨固定肋、弦向偏转滑块组件、展向运动组件、襟翼外端肋;在所述滑轨固定肋上设置滑轨;所述襟翼外端肋和所述展向运动组件固定连接,所述展向运动组件用于实现襟翼展向运动;所述展向运动组件和所述弦向偏转滑块组件连接;所述弦向偏转滑块组件设置在所述滑轨内,且所述弦向偏转滑块组件在所述滑轨内随襟翼偏转滑动,所述弦向偏转滑块组件和所述滑轨固定肋用于实现襟翼沿旋转轴线偏转。本发明提供的飞机襟翼限位支撑机构组件将襟翼复杂空间运动轨迹分解为沿旋转轴线偏转运动和沿展向移动,实现复杂空间运动解耦,降低设计难度。
