The invention discloses a suspension type pedal position adjusting structure and method. The suspension type pedal position adjusting structure comprises a support, a supporting arm, a pedal rotating shaft, a pedal, a pull rod assembly, a V-shaped frame and a main shaft. A pedal rotating shaft is fixed to the top of the front end of the support, two supporting arms are rotationally connected to the pedal rotating shaft, and a pedal is hinged to the free end of each supporting arm. The support is rotatably connected with a spindle, the rear side of the spindle is fixedly connected with a connecting pipe, the spindle and the connecting pipe are provided with through holes communicated with each other, the through holes are arranged along the axis of the connecting pipe, a transmission shaft is rotatably connected in the connecting pipe, and the front end of the transmission shaft is connected with a handle. An axial long-strip hole is formed in the lower side of the connecting pipe, the transmission shaft is in threaded connection with a transmission nut, and the transmission nut extends out of the long-strip hole; the V-shaped frame is sleeved on the connecting pipe in a sliding mode and fixedly connected with the transmission nut, and two sides of the V-shaped frame are respectively hinged with the two supporting arms through pull rod assemblies to form a connecting rod mechanism. The adjusting process is smooth and convenient, the left pedal and the right pedal are always consistent in adjustment, and reliability is high.
