The invention relates to the technical field of building construction equipment, and discloses integral hoisting equipment for a steel reinforcement framework and a using method.The lower end of a guide beam is provided with a hoisting mechanism, a bracket body comprises an inverted-triangle-shaped supporting leg module, the supporting leg module comprises a horizontally-arranged supporting beam, and a telescopic column and an auxiliary pressure-bearing rod are hinged to the two ends of the same side face of the supporting beam correspondingly; the telescopic column is hinged to the other end of the auxiliary pressure-bearing rod. The supporting leg module is arranged on the auxiliary pressure-bearing rod, the supporting roller module is arranged at the top end of the supporting leg module and is in sliding fit with the guide beam, and a shock isolation assembly is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting leg module. And when the joist is supported, limiting of the auxiliary pressure-bearing rod by the limiting module is further reinforced, and the overall stability of the structure is improved.
