The method comprises the steps that the power requirement of the loader at the current working condition point is obtained; according to the flow requirement of a hydraulic system of the loader, the working rotating speed of a generator is set, and the initial torque corresponding to an engine is calculated based on the SOC constraint level and the power requirement of an energy storage unit; judging conditions for optimizing the initial torque, performing torque increasing optimization or torque reducing optimization operation on the initial torque, and calculating a comprehensive fuel-electricity ratio after torque increasing optimization or a fuel saving amount after torque reducing optimization; and global optimization is carried out, the optimal optimization torque corresponding to the optimal comprehensive fuel-electricity ratio or the optimal fuel saving amount of the current working condition point is obtained, and the final target torque of the engine is obtained based on the optimal optimization torque and the initial torque. The method has the technical effects of dynamically optimizing energy distribution between the engine and the energy storage unit, improving the fuel utilization efficiency and prolonging the service life of the energy storage unit, and has the characteristics of energy conservation, environmental protection, efficient and stable operation, high adaptability and the like.
本发明提供混合动力装载机的能量管理控制方法、装置和存储介质,该方法获取当前工况点装载机的功率需求;根据装载机的液压系统流量需求,设置发电机的工作转速,基于储能单元的SOC约束等级和功率需求,计算发动机对应的初始扭矩;判断优化初始扭矩的条件,对初始扭矩进行增扭优化或减扭优化操作,计算增扭优化后的综合油电比或减扭优化后的节油量;历全局优化,得到当前工况点的最佳综合油电比或最佳节油量对应的最佳优化扭矩,基于最佳优化扭矩和初始扭矩,获得发动机的最终目标扭矩。本发明实现动态优化发动机和储能单元之间的能量分配,提高燃油利用效率,延长储能单元使用寿命的技术效果,具备节能环保、运行高效稳定和适应性强等特点。
