The offshore wind power impact-resistant hydrogen production floating platform comprises an integrated platform and a fixed foundation, the fixed foundation is arranged on a seabed through a fixing frame at the bottom of the fixed foundation, a ballast tank is arranged at the bottom of the integrated platform, a plurality of connecting columns are evenly arranged at the bottom of the ballast tank, and the connecting columns are sleeved with fixing sleeves; buffer grooves corresponding to the connecting columns one to one are formed in the fixed foundation, and the lower ends of the connecting columns and the lower ends of the fixed sleeves extend to the bottom face of the fixed foundation and are fixed to limiting plates arranged on the bottom face of the fixed foundation in a sliding mode; a plurality of first dampers distributed in an annular array mode are arranged between the fixing sleeve and the buffering groove. And a plurality of second dampers are uniformly arranged between the ballast tank and the fixed foundation. The platform can cope with side multi-direction sea wave impact and vertical impact of sea waves from top to bottom, and the impact resistance of the platform is improved.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电耐冲击制氢浮式平台,包括一体化平台和固定基础,固定基础通过其底部的固定架设于海床上,一体化平台底部具有压载舱,压载舱底部均匀设置有若干连接柱,连接柱上套设有固定套;固定基础上开设有一一对应于连接柱的缓冲槽,连接柱和固定套的下端均延伸至固定基础的底面并与滑动设置于固定基础底面的限位板相固定;固定套与缓冲槽之间设置有若干呈环形阵列分布的第一阻尼器;压载舱与固定基础之间均匀设置有若干第二阻尼器。本发明能够应对侧面多方向的海浪冲击以及海浪自上而下的垂直冲击,提升了平台的抗冲击性能。
