The invention discloses a hull building precision control system and method for a deep sea resource exploration ship. The hull building precision control system comprises a central control module, a precision control module and a precision scanning module, and a data comparison module is in control connection with an abnormity judgment module; according to the system, the construction process is precisely regulated and controlled through the precision control module, each part and equipment assembly are scanned through the precision scanning module after being constructed, reworking and finishing of the parts and the equipment assemblies are reduced, and the construction cost is reduced; the equipment monitoring module is used for monitoring the building environment and the equipment operation state of each process of ship body building in real time, and the monitoring feedback module is used for feeding back data, so that the abnormity of the building environment and machine equipment in the ship body building process can be found in time; the data comparison module is used for comparison, the abnormity judgment module is used for judgment, manual detection is not needed, the abnormity alarm module gives an alarm when abnormity occurs, and the situation that the hull cannot sail normally due to errors is avoided.
