The invention discloses an elevator running state judgment method and system based on multi-source data fusion, and relates to the technical field of elevator monitoring and fault detection.The elevator running state judgment method comprises the steps that elevator running state data are collected; state space modeling of the elevator is established, a state vector is defined, the state of the elevator at the next moment is predicted through a state equation, and the state vector is converted into a measurement vector; according to the state vector, a multi-rate Kalman filter is adopted to fuse sensor data of different sampling frequencies, and unified state estimation is obtained; an operation state signal of the elevator is extracted from state estimation, interpolation processing is carried out, and a high-resolution operation state signal is reconstructed; and comparing the high-resolution operation state signal with a historical normal state to identify an abnormal operation state. According to the elevator running state monitoring system and method, the data of the sensors with different frequencies are fused through the multi-rate Kalman filter, high-resolution signal reconstruction and anomaly detection are carried out, and the accuracy and real-time performance of elevator running state monitoring are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于多源数据融合的电梯运行状态判定方法及系统,涉及电梯监控与故障检测技术领域,包括采集电梯运行状态数据;建立电梯的状态空间建模,定义状态向量,通过状态方程预测电梯下一时刻的状态,并将状态向量转化为测量向量;根据状态向量,采用多速率卡尔曼滤波器对不同采样频率的传感器数据进行融合,获得统一的状态估计;从状态估计中提取电梯的运行状态信号,并进行插值处理,重构高分辨率的运行状态信号;通过将高分辨率的运行状态信号与历史正常状态进行对比,识别出异常的运行状态。本发明通过多速率卡尔曼滤波器对不同频率传感器数据进行融合,并进行高分辨率的信号重构和异常检测,提高了电梯运行状态监测的精度和实时性。
