In order to solve the problem that the port internal and external fleet positioning cost is high, the invention provides a port internal and external fleet positioning method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a port map; collecting the motorcade length; formulating a driving route; according to the relative distance, the position of the pilot vehicle and the driving route, sequentially determining a first position of the following vehicle in the motorcade; acquiring a second position of a following vehicle in the motorcade; and determining the position of the following vehicle in the motorcade according to the first position and the second position. According to the invention, the following vehicles in the motorcade are positioned by cooperating with signal distance measurement and the driving route, the cost is reduced, the positioning continuity of the following vehicles is ensured through the arrangement of the positioning area, and the driving flexibility and safety of the vehicles in the port are improved.
