The invention provides a direct current charging and discharging system and method, a storage medium and electronic equipment. The system comprises an alternating current-direct current conversion device which is connected with alternating current of a low-voltage power distribution network, is connected with a direct current-direct current charging device through a direct current bus, and is used for converting the alternating current into direct current, adjusting the power and outputting the direct current to the direct current-direct current charging device and the charging terminal; the direct current-direct current charging device is connected with the charging terminal and used for adjusting output power according to the charging requirement of the charging terminal and outputting the accessed direct current to the charging terminal; the intelligent temperature control device is in communication connection with the direct current-direct current charging device and is used for acquiring temperature data of the direct current-direct current charging device and adjusting heat dissipation power according to the temperature data; and the multi-channel communication device is in communication connection with the DC-DC charging device and is used for acquiring the charging data from the DC-DC charging device and uploading the charging data to a preset cloud platform.
