In the application of the mobile robot, the mobile robot must have a small size due to the need of many special scenes, for example, the scene channel space is narrow, other personnel or robots work together in the scene, and the like. However, due to the fact that the structure is compact, the size of a mobile platform in some directions is small, the gravity center is not stable, the requirement for the dynamic performance is high, and the more functions needing to be achieved by a robot are, the larger the size needed by a module is, and the more difficult the size is to be reduced. Therefore, the invention provides the compact type plugging operation mobile robot which can realize the plugging of a workpiece, can pass through a long and narrow compact storage or aisle space, can prevent rollover during working, and solves the structural design problem that the mobile robot passes through the long and narrow compact storage or aisle space; and meanwhile, the problem of rollover prevention during working is solved.

    在移动机器人的应用中,很多特殊场景的需要导致其必须具有较小的体积,比如场景通道空间狭窄、场景内有其他人员或机器人共同作业等。但结构紧凑可能使得移动平台某些方向尺寸偏小,重心不稳,对动力学性能提出了很高的要求,且由于机器人所需要实现的功能越多,其模块需要的体积越大,越难缩小体积。为此,本发明提出了一种紧凑型插拔作业移动机器人,其可以实现工件插拔,并可以通过狭长紧凑的贮存或过道空间,且在工作时可以防止侧翻,解决了移动机器人通过狭长紧凑的贮存或过道空间的结构设计问题,同时解决了在工作时防止侧翻的问题。
