The invention provides a cold start control method and device based on a hybrid electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: detecting vehicle surrounding environment information and vehicle state information when detecting that a target vehicle enters an ON gear; whether the vehicle surrounding environment information and the vehicle state information meet the starting condition of the motor stalling heating function or not is judged; if yes, setting the switching working frequency of the IGBT module as a preset first switching frequency; whether the temperature of the throttle valve body in the target vehicle reaches a temperature protection critical threshold value or not is judged; if yes, setting the switching working frequency of the IGBT module as a preset second switching frequency; detecting whether the engine of the target vehicle is started or not; and if so, closing the motor stalling heating function. Therefore, the method and the device can solve the problems of cold start failure and limited-power operation of the vehicle caused by freezing of the throttle valve, the service life of the throttle valve is prolonged, the maintenance cost of the vehicle is reduced, and the customer experience is improved.

    本申请提供一种基于混合动力汽车的冷启动控制方法及装置,该方法包括:当检测到目标车辆进入ON挡时,检测车辆周围环境信息和车辆状态信息;判断车辆周围环境信息和车辆状态信息是否满足电机堵转加热功能的开启条件;如果是,则将IGBT模块的开关工作频率设置为预设的第一开关频率;判断目标车辆中节气门阀体的温度是否达到温度保护临界阈值;如果是,则将IGBT模块的开关工作频率设置为预设的第二开关频率;检测目标车辆的发动机是否启动完成;如果是,则关闭电机堵转加热功能。可见,该方法及装置能够解决因节气门结冰导致冷启动失败,车辆限功率运行的情况,提升了节气门的使用寿命,减小车辆维护成本,提升了客户体验。
