The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a raindrop image on a vehicle windshield, and determining the mass of a raindrop at a current position according to the raindrop image to obtain the current mass; determining the time when the raindrops move from the historical position to the current position, and obtaining the moving time of the raindrops; determining the offset distance of the raindrops according to the historical position and the current position; determining wind power according to the current mass, the moving time and the offset distance; and determining starting parameters of vehicle automatic driving according to the wind power. According to the technical scheme, the cost for determining the automatic driving starting parameters of the vehicle according to the wind power can be reduced.
