The invention relates to an arch rib double-ship positioning, assembling and integral floating transportation construction method, which comprises the following steps of: excavating two docks on a shore, pressurizing cabin water seats in the docks by two arch rib transport ships, erecting a bracket on the bottom surface between the two docks to assemble arch ribs, butting and fixing two ends of the arch ribs with supports on the ships, and after the arch ribs are assembled, fixing the arch ribs on the ship, the two ships synchronously drain water and float upwards to jack up the arch rib, and the arch rib is conveyed to a bridge site in a floating mode for installation. When the arch rib is in butt joint with the support on the ship, the ship is absolutely stable, and construction safety can be guaranteed; the method is not limited by hydrological conditions, the floating window period of the arch rib is flexibly selected, and the total construction time can be greatly shortened; and the arch rib sliding boarding procedure is avoided, and the construction speed is higher.

    本发明涉及一种拱肋双船定位拼装整体浮运施工方法,在岸边开挖两个船坞,两拱肋运输船在船坞内加压舱水座底,在两船坞间的底面上搭设支架拼装拱肋,并将拱肋两端与船上支座对接固定,拱肋拼装完成后,两船同步排水上浮将拱肋顶起,浮运拱肋至桥位安装。本发明在拱肋与船上支座对接时船舶绝对稳定,能保证施工安全;不受水文条件限制,拱肋浮运窗口期选择灵活,能极大缩短施工总耗时;避免了拱肋滑移登船工序,施工速度更快。
